EE is a unique, active game dedicated to the wonderful animal: the horse. In this game you can create horses, train them, ride them, and take care of them. Rules:

You MUST be active!!

Positions:
-Barn Manager: Barn managers will be responsible for keeping an eye on whatever barn the are managing ((Main, Stallion, or Foaling)); which includes giving a bi-weekly report to me about the goings on, keeping records, and things of that like. The salary is $1000 per month

-Trainer: You MUST be certified. Trainers are expected to give at least 250 word detailed training posts per training session. Trainers get $50 per month, and work mostly on Commision. Anyone who signs up for a training course at SBF will choose which trainer he/she wishes to train with and that trainer will get full price commission off of whoever they are training.

-Assistant Trainer: You are at the beck and call of the trainers and managers. You will be assigned to work under a certain trainer like interns, and the experience you will gain is definetly worth a lot. You will assist with the training of horses and eventually make your way up to doing training post by yourself. Salary: $500/mo.

-Exercise Rider: Since SBF is devoted to the fast paced parts of the riding world, there are a lot of morning warm ups and exercise rides. Be it an early morning breezing around the track or a hard core chase across the cross country course, exercise riders need to be able to make at least a 250 word post per exercise ride. Exercise riders should be experienced or knowledgeable in real life with the disciplines they are riding for. Salary: $1000 per month

-Instructor: Instructors, like trainers, work on commission. The salary is $50 per month, but your main money is going to come from people who take lessons. Instructors should be experienced or knowledgeable in real life with the disciplines they are teaching and be able to work with others well.
